A certified organic Jersey farm just outside Orewa
Magnolia Dairy is a small certified organic dairy farm sitting just outside Orewa on Weranui Road, north of Auckland. The herd is Jersey — the breed traditionally prized for milk that’s naturally richer in butterfat and protein, with that warm golden colour you only get from cows on pasture.
The farm is rated Tier 3 Regenerative on the Out the Farm Gate scale — meaning the land, the soil, and the herd are managed with regenerative principles at the core. No shortcuts. No industrial tricks. Just a real working dairy doing things the way they used to be done.

02 — The Milk
Real, whole, raw — the way milk used to be
Most milk on supermarket shelves has been homogenised, pasteurised, and standardised within an inch of its life. Magnolia Dairy’s milk hasn’t. It’s raw, whole, and full-cream — exactly as it leaves the cow, with all the butterfat, flavour, and natural cream still where it belongs.
Selling raw milk in New Zealand isn’t something you do casually. Magnolia Dairy is fully MPI certified — meaning the farm meets the strict national standards required to sell raw milk direct from the farm to the public. It’s the old-school way, with modern food safety standards keeping everyone honest.
Jersey Herd
Naturally richer in butterfat and protein than conventional dairy breeds. The cream rises to the top — exactly the way it should.
Certified Organic
Pasture-fed cows on certified organic land. No synthetic inputs, no shortcuts — the kind of farming that builds soil and herd health together.
MPI Approved
Fully MPI certified for raw milk sales. The traditional way of drinking milk — meeting modern food safety standards.
03 — Buy On the Farm
Self-serve raw milk vending machine — open daily
Magnolia Dairy’s milk is sold direct from the farm gate via a self-serve vending machine. Pull in any day between 8am and 6pm, fill up your bottle, drop your cash in. Bring a clean container of your own, or pick up a sturdy 1-litre glass bottle on site and refill it as many times as you like.

04 — Visit the Farm
1139 Weranui Road, near Orewa
The farm is open daily, seven days a week, 8am to 6pm. The vending machine is cash only — and the only way to buy Magnolia milk is in person, direct from the farm gate.
