A village market built on aroha and community.

WholeyHealth! is not a health shop — it’s a not-for-profit cooperative village market on SH1 in Whakapara, built around the idea that real food, fairly priced, should be available to everyone in the community.

Founded with a “Think Global, Act Local” kaupapa, WholeyHealth! stocks local milk, cheese, yoghurt, meat, eggs, vegetables, fruit and bread — sourcing as spray-free and organically as possible from Northland growers and producers. Every dollar spent supports the local economy, the environment, and provides a fair price back to the people who grew it.

The market stocks Black Silver Wagyu beef from Northland — Wagyu genetics, pasture-raised, traceable to the farm. Alongside meat you’ll find fresh produce, artisan goods, plants, craft, organic groceries, fair-trade lines and a café corner for coffee. Members enjoy co-op discounts on the full range.
