All prices shown are estimates and subject to change — both the carcass price and any butchery fees. Butchery fees, where applicable, are confirmed by the butcher at pickup based on actual carcass weight and the cuts chosen. Out the Farm Gate will pass this sheet to the farmer and butcher to fulfil my order.
